Fellows met with General Dunford, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, prior to his public speaking event in Penn Pavilion. Peter Feaver, the director of Duke’s Program in American Grand Strategy, joined Dunford on stage for a conversation about the military in a time of geopolitical strain.
