CTPP Fellows joined the Duke Program in American Grand Strategy for a public speaking event with GEN Mark Milley followed by a private dinner at the Washington Duke Inn. Topics discussed included the withdrawal from Afghanistan, civil-military relations, and the transition of the military to Strategic Competition.
